Who is the Western zodiac’s great charmer? Easy answer! It is the most self-enchanted Gemini. Astrologers say that to best understand the sign of the twins you need to understand their Earthly Element. The Gemini mind is said to resemble the most perfect June night, the air alive and shimmering with unearthly delights, perfume, magic and moonlight.
Extraordinary subjects born under this sign are even said to induce ecstatic states in those they wish to charm, literally taking them into the world of their beautiful and secret consciousness. So seductive is their manner that even sophisticated and worldly people may become completely entranced by the Gemini. Don Juan, of Western legend, was a Gemini, and remains to this day the last word in simultaneous romantic success and exploitation.Read More →
Taurus is an Earth sign, just like Virgo and Capricorn, and has the ability to see things from a grounded, practical and realistic perspective. They find it easy to make money and stay on same projects for years, or until they are completed. What we often see as stubbornness can be interpreted as commitment, and their ability to complete tasks whatever it takes is uncanny. This makes them excellent employees, great long-term friends and partners, always being there for people they love. Earthly note makes them overprotective, conservative, or materialistic at times, with views of the world founded on their love of money and wealth.
Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, represented by the Ram.
Aries’ personality traits include a strong sense of leadership, individuality and a need to be in charge. Understanding Aries traits can help you get along with this sign in love, work and life. Aries might be well known for some of their more brash traits and characteristics but what many don’t realize is they also have an extremely thoughtful and generous side too. When it comes to their loved ones they would give them just about anything if it would help to make them happy! Read More →
Pisces is the twelveth sign of the zodiac, represented by the Fish.
Pisces is the last sign of the Zodiac, which renews its cycle at the end of winter. As the final sign of the Zodiac, it experiences the energy of the entire eleven prior signs of the Zodiac calendar. It is a compassionate and empathic sign, able to feel and reflect the feelings of others. It is the sign that governs the subconscious and thus our imagination and dreams. Wise but self-destructive and sometimes gullible, it can be out of touch with reality and may nurse unhealed wounds to the point of being self-destructive. Yet it is also romantic, artistic, imaginative and kind.
Every year, women fantasize about what wonderful romantic gifts are awaiting them on this special day of romance, Valentine’s Day. Quite often it is not the gorgeous jewelry they were lusting over. Most often it’s a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolate, at least in the United States. Occasionally, at a cozy, trendy restaurant, there will be a profession of love and an engagement ring of at least one carat presented to the soon-to-be fiancee by her romantic boyfriend, on bended knee. Everyone in the restaurant will applaud and congratulate the happy couple. Then they ride off into the sunset, preferably in their Ferrari or Lamborghini or …
At least that what happens in the movies, right?
We decided to look deeper into this holiday, Valentine’s Day. When did it begin? Why? How did it become associated with romance and love?
If you were born December 22 — January 20, you are a Capricorn!
Capricorn is the tenth sign of the zodiac, represented by the goat. Many would say Capricorn, the goat, is the zodiac’s most self- contained person. Born in the very dead of winter, Capricorns have a spare, prudent, and preserving nature, that creates a sense of loneliness, ironically something that appeals to their nature. Read More →
A recent article in MarketWatch stated that millennials are “ditching religion for witchcraft and astrology”. Wait a minute! Did I read that right?? Our sophisticated hipsters are turning to age old beliefs? What’s going on?
Were You Born November 22 – December 21? You Are a Sagittarius
The Zodiac Sign of Sagittarius
Sagittarius rules over that period when the year is ending and the New Year is about to be born. Those born under this sign often show the gift of prophecy, if they can settle down for a second from their independent, free and adventurous spirit.
Sagittarius’ embodiment is the centaur, half horse, and half man. Centaurs are often drunken creatures who are always up to mischief and no good. The exception was Cheiron, a boy-colt, raised by Apollo and Diana, who instructed him in civilized occupations, those of medicine, music, archery, gymnastics and other useful arts and sciences. They were pleased with his efforts and hard work and rewarded him with their own gift of prophecy. Growing into horse-manhood he was recognized for his wisdom, grace, and agility and was well known among the gods as a great instructor of their children. While hunting one day, he was mistakenly shot with a poisoned arrow by his good friend Hercules, the hero whose success had earned him immortality and a place among the gods. Cheiron, like all centaurs, was immortal, and Zeus was plagued by the fear that the poisoned wound would torment his beautiful protégé for the rest of eternity. Zeus decided to reward him for his services to the gods and made him the constellation Sagittarius, the Archer, ruler of the ninth house of the Western zodiac.
Sagittarius is enthusiastic and optimistic, with an open, warm and friendly personality.

If you were born October 24 — November 23, you are a Scorpio!
Which one of the Western zodiac signs has the most power? A case could be made that the Scorpio does. There is no more intense or impassioned Sun sign. These people are instantly recognizable — insistent, discerning, subtle, and obstinate. Every emotional current flows in them and each are characterized by the desire to live life to its fullest.
If you were born September 24 — October 23, you are a Libra!
The most balanced personality, the power of unearthly charm and easygoing stick-to-it-iveness, combined with a deep need to please others, that must describe Libra! Refined, meticulous and thoughtful, yet able to chart a steady course and reach their goals, the Libran is soft, likable, yet curiously sturdy and resilient.
Maddeningly, he or she can also be indecisive, unable to face confrontation, and so dependent on love as to lose themselves and to be controlled or used by unscrupulous mates and children. Above all else, this sign needs trustworthy, symbiotic relationships, ones in which order and harmony prevail.
If you were born August 24 — September 23, you are a Virgo!
Zeus, that rascal king of the gods, fell in love with and pursued the titaness, Themis. They had a daughter, Virgo, so wise and so able that she was made goddess of justice and reigned over the earth during its golden age of female rule. This was a glorious and peaceful time and Virgo was renowned for her wisdom, compassion, and her modest demeanor. She got the job done without a flurry of fuss and bother, which quickly came to anger the men of the earth. They rose in concert against her and spoiled her quiet leadership. Furious at the affront, Virgo abandoned the earth and was installed in the heavens, where her great goodness could shine, fully appreciated. Read More →
